DEEP TISSUE / THAI MASSAGE
Is a combination of deep Swedish and Thai massage and it is particularly good for deep seated muscle tension.
A number of stretching techniques are used, pressure is deep and it is applied along the pressure points to release energy and aid flexibility.
It is especially effective for chronically tense and contracted areas, such as stiff neck, lower back tightness and sore shoulders.

SPORTS MASSAGE
This aims to improve the suppleness and flexibility of muscles and joints, improve blood circulation and it speeds up the healing of stressed or damaged muscle tissues and joints.It will help prevent future muscle injuries.It can be carried out before or after exercise.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE
This style of massage is flowing inducing a deep state of relaxation. Warm aromatherapy oils are used to relax and sooth. It is excellent for relieving emotional stress and anxiety.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Is a treatment in which lymphatic circulation is stimulated with slow, light, pumping movements. It eliminates metabolic waste toxins and excess fluid from the body.
